My Krile could take the hit but just barely at around 10,400 HP. Make sure the Lich is broken just before it does its attack. Rem's turn manipulation helps with that. Speaking of Rem, her Turn Swap is good for getting rid of the short lasting debuffs thoughout the fight. For Wave 5, take out the Griffon first since it can charm. Be careful with the mech since it can hit 9999 pretty easily.

Boss' HP attacks are primary single target. Have Celes lock them will make the battle easier. The debuffs can be annoying and detriment to your turn count. One of the harder early Entropy stages. If you don't use Celes, 2 magic DPS with AOE abilities will be preferred.
Wave 1: Couerl and Skull Wizard. Go after the Wizard
Wave 5: Griffin and Magitek Armor. Go after the Bird

Keep Celes Runic stacks up when facing the bosses. Have Vanille debuff so that Rinoa can deal some decent damage and dispel whenever the bosses put up their buffs. Conserve Vanille skills since she does not have a lot of it to begin with. Rinoa should keep her health at a decent amount if Celes taunt falls off. Will recommend Leviathan than Shiva since Rinoa procs the effect easily and any stray HP attacks for Celes but it works either way.

The Coeurl is your biggest concern. It can Poison, confuse you, so deal with it first before the Skull Wizard.

Round 2-4: Lots of small fodder that will go down easily. When Chasers appear, deal with the one that will buff the enemy party with Magic damage resistance.

Round 5: Griffin has to go first. In the air it can charm your whole party, making you lose turns. The Magitek Armour can’t do too much, so leave it for last.
