The eyeball can be shut down for most of the fight thanks to HP Disable. Wave 2 is straightforward, save the disables until the end, when they try to do their AoE HP attack. Be wary of the fact that they do cleanse somewhat often, so try to time Decils EX around that. Finally, on the last wave, there shouldn't be much of a threat due to HP disables shutting down the bosses offensive options, if you have some spare Trines and Descensions left over.
