Debuffs starts to occur more at the later parts. Vayne should do his free turns stuff although his EX is resisted here.
If not summoning on Wave 3 for the Deathgazes, commit it for Altas once it is below 50%HP and attempting an all atk. Delay it in the summon phase and it should fall soon.

Make sure Fran waits until her debuff is at 5 stacks before she does anything else, have Freya use Dragon Breath on the multiple enemy waves and Reis's Wind on the single targets, and finally, have Yuri start with 3 Crystal Powers, then use a Rela Crystal to get his EX going. Between all the regen and last stand, the party should be pretty safe. Keep in mind that Rela Crystal will be resisted (except on Wave 3) until Yuri inflicts holy resist down.
