On Wave 3, target the Holy Dragon since it has a strong single target HP attack. It will do it immediately after its HP drops halfway, so try to remove its debuffs and/or break it. On Wave 5, be careful at the 80% and 50% marks since it will give itself strong buffs and probably use Megaflare shortly after hitting those points. Try to have Vayne dispel, put up Wall, and have Ciaran at 5 stacks to reduce the damage. That's the only scary thing it can do, really.
