Fight Overview
- Effectively 12m HP
- 30/40/50/60% Battery Tax, 60/70/80/90% Brv Damage Reduction
- Absorbs both Cecil (Holy & Dark), weak to Fire
- Fully immune to Launch
- Lethally counters all Magic attacks – except Call Assists – unless disabled (e.g. by Confuse or framed Paralysis)
- — The boss description also lists a counter in phase 2, which I have never seen in my research. It might be magic brv only attacks? If you want to try it, be my guest.
Orb details
Lufenia Orb (if it reaches 0 = game over)
1st: Orb count: 20, disappears at 79%
2nd: Orb count: 20, appears at 59%, never disappears
Increase: by 15 when the boss has its turn delayed (max: 20)
Counterplay: Bring Delay.
Boss Gimmicks
Warrior of Light Manikin
- Exists at start, resummoned every 10 player actions
- 800k HP
- On first turn will use The Bitter End, inflicting Lock and dealing HP damage to your party
- Counterplay: Kill the thing ASAP. Failing that, bring AoE Shave. Alternatively, bring debuff prevention or stuns to make WoL not lock your party in the first place, or cleanse to get rid of it.
“Preparing a powerful attack” at 49% HP
- Kaiser Behemoth will gain a red aura. If allowed to attack, it will use Fogga+ (instant death).
- Delay/disable the boss and burn its HP down until the aura dissipates (29% HP).
Other stuff that happens
- The rest of the fight is basically just damage
- There is a full buff cleanse in the boss description, however I’ve never seen it triggered and don’t know how to do so.
