Tip: Make a party with two of the required characters + a fast group damage dealer and you can clear the character usage missions while also farming the required monsters.
Plant Golem x40
Lost Chapters->Lulu->A New Journey Pt. 5 (Normal) has 1 Plant Golem in 3 waves. A New Journey Pt. 10 (HARD) has 2 in 4 waves.
Alternative:
Events->Blockade of the Ancient Mechs->Thunder’s Chasm: Catalyst (Quest LV 30) has 2 Plant Golems in 3 waves. You can complete the mission in 20 very easy fights.
Poison Bat x30
Events -> Cycle Quests -> Pursuit of Yellow Crystals Pt. 5 has 3 Poison Bats in 3 waves. A good option to also earn some other rewards while farming these enemies.
(Use a key to unlock this level for 30 minutes if needed – they can be bought with Dissidia Points)
Alternative:
Maria’s Lost Chapter: Quick Encounter Pt. 1 has 3 Poison Bats in 1 wave.
Gigas types x20
Story Act 2, Chapter 3: 3-19 Giant in the Ice (Normal Difficulty) has 1 Ice Gigas 4 waves.
Do note that Caius’ event, starting in May 8th, will be an easier source of Gigas to complete this mission.
