Selphie’s Lost Chapter: With Trabia in Mind Pt. 3 (Normal difficulty) has 4 Cockatrices in 3 waves. You can complete the mission in 10 fights.
Alternative:

Enchanted Fan x20
Story Act 2, Chapter 8: 8-24 Fortress in the Sky Pt. 1 (Normal difficulty) has 3 Enchanted Fans in 2 waves. You can complete the mission in 7 fights.
Alternative:
Siege on the Flying Fortress: Intermediate has 1 Enchanted Fan in 2 waves, and can be soloed without spending bells. You can complete the mission in 20 fights if you prefer not to play through Chapter 8 yet. (Credit: Curious_Key for the tip)
